1. 「サステナブル」から「リジェネラティブ」へ
概念の転換：負荷をゼロにする「サステナブル」から、社会課題を解決しプラスに転じさせる「リジェネラティブ（Net Positive）」へ転換する 。
スポーツの役割：限界突破の本質を持つスポーツを媒体とし、世界を再生させる 。
1. From “Sustainable” to “Regenerative”
•Conceptual Shift: Moving beyond “Sustainability” (aiming for zero negative impact) toward “Regenerative (Net Positive)” approaches that actively solve social issues and generate positive outcomes.
•The Role of Sports: Leveraging sports—which at its essence is about pushing boundaries and breaking limits—as a medium to regenerate and revitalize the world.
2. 国際社会におけるスポーツの位置づけ
平和と開発の礎：オリンピック休戦決議等を通じ、世界を変えるスポーツの力が再認識された 。
国際的合意：国連「未来のための約束」において、スポーツは持続可能な開発の不可欠な要素と明記された 。
2. Positioning Sports in the International Community
•Foundation for Peace and Development: Reaffirming the power of sports to change the world through initiatives such as the Olympic Truce resolution.
•International Consensus: Sports have been explicitly recognized as an “essential element of sustainable development” within the UN’s “Pact for the Future.”
3. 「ユニバーサル・ウェルビーイング」の具現化
包括的健康：プラネタリーヘルスやアクセシブル・ヨガを通じ、誰一人取り残さない健康を推進する 。
実装拠点：産官学民の連携により、専門的人材および専門知識を育成するためのハブ創設に関する議論。
3. Actualizing “Universal Well-being”
•Inclusive Health: Promoting health that “leaves no one behind” through concepts such as Universal Health and Accessible Yoga.
•Implementation Hub: Discussion on creation of a hub for industry-government-academia-citizen collaboration to develop specialized human resources and expertise.
4. ポスト2030年に向けた戦略
実績の蓄積：国際情勢を鑑み、まずはパイロット事業による実績とデータの「仕込み」に注力する 。
国際標準化：ポストSDGsを見据え、日本発の「ユニバーサル・ウェルビーイング」を国際ルールへと昇華させる 。
4. Strategy Toward Post-2030
•Building a Track Record: In light of the current international climate, focus will first be placed on “preparing the ground” by accumulating data and proven results through pilot projects.
•International Standardization: Looking toward the post-SDGs era, the goal is to elevate the Japan-originated concept of “Universal Well-being” into a global standard and international rule.
