【ミーティングセッション③2030年フレンチアルプス五輪に向けた組織力強化、福岡フィギュアスケートアカデミーとの技術交流について】

フランス氷上競技連盟（FFSG）のGwen会長とのミーティングセッションでは、2030年フレンチアルプス五輪に向けた組織力強化と、福岡フィギュアスケートアカデミーとの技術交流について語られました。
During a meeting session with President Gwen Noury of the French Ice Sports Federation (FFSG), discussions were held on various areas of cooperation, notably on further strengthening support toward the 2030 French Alps Olympic Games, as well as on technical exchange initiatives with the Fukuoka Figure Skating Academy.
冒頭、会長は競技連盟が担う役割として、「選手には、“勝つためには何をしても良い”というのではなく、“正しい姿勢・心を持って競技と真摯に向き合った結果として勝利につながることが正しい”という考えを伝えている。」と、アスリートが競技に向き合う姿勢を正す重要性を語っていただきました。
At the outset of the session, the President outlined the importance the federation places on conveying to athletes that “winning does not justify any means,” and that “true victory should result from sincerely engaging in competition with the correct attitude and mindset.” She emphasized that this principle applies not only to athletes, but also to all individuals involved in supporting them, highlighting the need to foster integrity and proper values throughout the sporting environment.
また、2030年のフレンチアルプス五輪に向けて、フィギュアスケート、スピードスケート、ボブスレー、リュージュ等、多数の競技を担う氷上競技連盟として、選手の競技力だけではなく、連盟の組織力・スタッフのノウハウ等の強化も課題と述べました。
Looking ahead to the 2030 French Alps Olympic Games, the federation—which oversees a wide range of ice sports including figure skating, speed skating, bobsleigh, curling, and luge—identified challenges not only in enhancing athletes’ competitive performance, but also in strengthening organizational capacity and further developing the expertise and knowledge of federation staff.
福岡との連携については、福岡県が関わる福岡フィギュアスケートアカデミーとの合同練習や指導員派遣等による技術交流についてもアイデアが出ました。将来、フィギュアスケートにおける種目拡大も視野に入れつつ、双方の競技力向上を目指すビジョンが示されました。
With regard to cooperation with Fukuoka, ideas were proposed for technical exchanges through joint training sessions and the dispatch of coaches in collaboration with the Fukuoka Figure Skating Academy, supported by Fukuoka Prefecture. A shared vision was presented to enhance the competitive standards of both sides, while also considering the future expansion of figure skating disciplines.
